I completed a Doctor of Clinical Psychology at Massey University, Auckland and have lived in Brisbane since 2019. I have previously held a range of roles across hospitals, corrections, private clinics and within a domestic and family violence specialist organisation. I work with a wide range of clients with a variety of concerns, though I have a particular interest in supporting people who have experienced trauma, neurodivergent individuals, current life transitions and parenting challenges.

About Dr. Jess

I describe my work as holistic because it’s important to acknowledge how all aspects of life contribute to our mental health, such as physical health, sleep, work, relationships, attachment and childhood experiences. I also consider the impact broader societal issues like discrimination, colonisation, war and climate change can have on a person’s mental health.

My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment. A place where you can be your whole self as we work together to improve your mental wellbeing.
